Remember Roach Studios? They were iron on transfer shirt kings of the '70's. Anyway, Ed Newton penned this design up for them to help promote their business. It was built by Dan Woods, Jim "Jake" Jacobs, and Don "The Egyptian" Boeke.
Don is a killer painter, airbrush artist, and pinstriper, who currently owns the car. He intends to restore it back to it's former glory.
I met Don awhile back at one of Alan Johnson's "Cabin Fever" pinstripe gatherings here in Jersey. Real cool dude. If I see him this year, I'll try to get some pics from him in it's current condition.
