Trike Thursday...Mail Call

The mailbox section of "Big Daddy's" Choppers magazine needed a logo for the beginning of the column which Newt did for him. This logo was fashioned after a hot rod panel truck except it had one wheel in front. And the "Mail Box" was born.

In June I posted the pic with the lion. Since then, I found a little more info (check out the for sale sign). This motordrome was operated  by Earl and Ethel Purtle up until the '60s at the Palisades Amusement Park in Palisades, NJ.
