Rob's Scorcher Project...

My buddy Rob is getting his frame to roller status. We were talking about what he was gonna run for a tank, and he tells me he was thinking about slicing up a set of  fat bob's. Awhile back, I had narrowed and frisco'd an old mustang tank. I did it out of boredom and had no intention on ever running it on anything. He tossed it on the frame and sent me these pics.

On The Cheap...

My buddy Rob is building a rigid Sporty as cheap as possible. You know the deal, house, wife, kid, etc. Anyway, he wanted to use his stock exhaust as the basis for a set of custom pipes. The main problem was that butt ugly crossover pipe. Problem averted. Nothing a little tig'n on my lunch hour can't fix. He just has to do a little hand sanding/file work and no one will ever know.
