Not many T's look right with a normally aspirated engine, but this one works. Perfect proportions and killer paint. Hmmm...

Do Ya Like 70's Bike Magazines?

Who the hell doesn't? Fuck over paying with eBay's prices. Check this out! I've been scanning my 70's collection over the past couple months. Tech, show coverage, builds, no bullshit, no evo's, just the killer stuff from all the major magazine titles. I got a couple grand tied up in my mag collection. I've scanned the best articles and features fullsize at 300 dpi and corrected them the way they should have looked, but couldn't due to 70's printing methods. I'm offering to put 4GB's of Jpeg files on DVD and ship them to you for a donation of $22 (this covers costs of DVD and time burning, packing, runnin' to the Post Office, etc). I'd offer it for less but I can't tell ya how many hundreds of hours this took me. It's over 150 articles (over 700 pages of chopper porn!) White Plains Drifter...

Back in the '90's, we used to do alot of street racing on McLean Ave in Yonkers, NY. On a Thursday you could see dragsters, pro stockers, all out dragbikes, to stock shit racing on the street. I would always run into John and his Kawi in the Burger King lot. He'd never "race" on the street, but that fucker was fast.
After a couple years of turning a blind eye, the cops shut the racing down. We all found new places "hang out" and I lost contact with him.

They just come out of the woods and start touching your shit. They are mainly found in states without a helmet law, as they don't like their big hair being flattened. They will lure you in with their high heels and bikini bottoms, but do not fall for their tricks. Beware fuckers, beware!

Digger Monday...Blue Horizon

Don York spent two years putting this bike together. She originally started as a '70 FLH. The springer, frame, fender, fuel and oil tank were ordered from Dave over at Cycle Fab. The gas and oil tanks were then molded to the frame so Dave could lay down some killer candy and pearl ribbon paint. Don did alot of the fabrication and polishing on this bike. It looks like two years well spent.

Digger Monday...Thunder Stud

 

Check out Mark Yelk's pan/shovel digger. This bike was built for Mark by Ed Kerr. Both of these cats are from Pa, not exactly the mecca of diggers. Motivation for this ride is a '54 lower end with a late shovel top end. Everything's been plated or polished. The dual Bendix setup is 24 karat gold plated. The chassis consists of a hardhead on a factory rigid, springer, rocket tank, fender and license plate setup from the one and only Arlen Ness. Paint was applied by Flip of Flip's Custom Paint of Baltimore, Maryland.

NOTE: Mark's 3/4 hairdo is not D.O.T. approved, but does help with the steering of this exquisite machine.
