Donnie Smith.
Donnie was killin' it back in the day with Smith bros. & Fetrow. Some righteous scoots and funny cars rolled out of that shop. I was up in Carlisle last summer and saw a mid 90's Smith built FXR that was still looking good for it's age. Even now, Smith is still building girders.
Pics 1 and 2 are not an option. I've considered mounting it like Ness's Untouchable, but I don't have the room to build an aestheticly pleasing intake. I guess I'm going to have to fab up a 90° drive. Currently sourcing the gears and make a new nose drive.
I'm cruising Duckman's site and found an old pic of my digger posted. It was cool to see he digs her. Mocking up my Magnacharger on her. Trying to get her ready for Mike47‘s show. I'll post some new pics soon.
Changes and indecisions…
My original intentions were to keep this hunk of metal as my mileage muncher. Unfortunately I never stick a plan, so now she's low as shit. Ditched the 11" shocks for 10's. Picked up a softail wideglide. Rationalized that purchase with the thought it had fender mounts and better brakes. Lowered the forks 2 inches and shaved the mounts. I didn't like it with the fender.
Got my drivetrain lined up.

The Empire State Building was lit green and white for the Jets. Wish they would have beat the Steelers. Fuck!
